Anyone can partake in the act of giving thanks on our platform (even if you don’t have our app!) but only ‘Get Thanks’ profiles can be recognized and receive tips.

Yes, signing up as a ‘Get Thanks’ user is completely free! Anyone can create a profile to start receiving recognition and tips. Additionally, we’re developing premium services for both individuals and businesses to enhance their experience and help them build a stronger community.

Tips are conveniently managed through your Grati Wallet. When you receive tips, they are deposited into your wallet within the app. When you decide to transfer these funds to your bank account, we apply a nominal 1% fee to cover transaction charges incurred. This means you receive 99% of the tips you’ve earned, ensuring that you benefit as much as possible from your recognition on Grati.

Purchasing QR code merchandise offers several benefits.  Simply scanning the QR code provides a tangible way to promote your Grati profile and encourage recognition from others.  

• If someone doesn’t have our app, it directs them to an online portal for your profile allowing them to celebrate or tip you there.
• Handing out or displaying your Grati QR code allows customers the opportunity to say thank you in a meaningful way on their own time.  
• Merchandise offers a kinder approach to tipping where you can see who tips you instead of through intrusive and anonymous point of sale machines.  
• Receive recognition or tips in situations where you otherwise would not!

Grati is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties or compromise your privacy in any way.  We also don’t store credit card or payment information on our servers.  Our payment processing is handled through Stripe.
